This will help us to comply with government guidance.
St. James’ and St. Basil’s Church Fenham welcomes all, with no exceptions. Unfortunately, Coronavirus restrictions limit the number of people that can be in the Church at any one time.
The guidelines impact on how close we can be to one another, affect our ability to sing and to a lesser extent impact on solo and church organ work.
Ticketing our services will allow us to work within the Covid19-Secure Guidelines for services as a way of recording and managing demand. This system will also help to collect contact information for later contact tracing should we be unfortunate enough to experience a coronavirus outbreak. Data collected as part of this (including name, contact details and the date you attended) will be held for 21 days after the event and will not be used for another purposes. This data may be shared with the NHS Track and Trace service if requested.
Some of our Services will be streamed online. Seating in the ‘visible’ area will be clearly marked and we will make every effort to relocate you if you wish to remain ‘out of shot’.
Please could you order a ticket for each person intending to come and worship with us on Sunday. Simply select the number of tickets from the drop down number option. Thank you for bearing with us in extraordinary times.
