JS AND BS SINGERS

Monday evenings 7pm – 9pm, St. James’ and St. Basil’s Church, Fenham, Newcastle upon Tyne.

J’s and B’s singers is an ‘open to all’ choir that meets at the church on Monday evenings.
There is a focus on classical music with the group singing both secular and non-secular choral works in the ideal acoustic of J’s & B’s.  Music Director Simon Davies-Fidler will help Js and Bs singers to develop music reading skills and choral singing technique whilst working towards performances each term.  There is no audition required for this ensemble, so come and give it a go!

The Js & Bs Singers are funded by a suggested termly donation. Most of our members are able to dontate the full suggested amount; some give more, some less, but we don't want this to put anyone off. So donations are made online directly to the Parish ensuring that all members can simply come along and sing and no one will be taking a register on the evening!
